treatments for melanoma, including immunotherapy. Of the more than
1 million cases of melanoma diagnosed in the United States each year, about 5%
require care from a multidisciplinary team.

About Gregory A.
Daniels, MD, PhD
Dr.
Daniels coordinates the UC San Diego Health and Moores Cancer Center clinical
melanoma program, which researches the link between autoimmunity and tumor
immunity through the development of vaccines and immune-stimulatory treatments
for patients with melanoma.
A board-certified oncologist, Dr. Daniels treats patients with melanoma, skin cancers and head and neck cancers. As a professor in the Department of Medicine, Dr. Daniels trains medical students, residents and fellows at UC San Diego School of Medicine.
About Soo Park, MD
Soo Park, MD, is a board-certified medical oncologist who specializes in treating people with advanced skin cancers, including non-melanoma skin cancers such as Merkel cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma. As an associate professor in the Division of Hematology-Oncology within the Department of Medicine, she is involved in training medical students, residents and fellows at UC San Diego School of Medicine.
