Support the Club Swim Team’s Road to Nationals!
We are proud to share that the UC San Diego Club Swim team enters its 10th year! As we celebrate the legacy of this program and what it has done for numerous student-athletes over the past decade, we are excited to continue upon the momentum we’ve had at the national level. In 2024, our team hopes to attend the College Club Swimming Nationals for a second time! Last year, we made our first appearance, and it was very successful. We placed 19th overall (3rd out of all California schools) and our swimmers set a total of 31 team records. Your Tritons already have more swimmers qualified this year, so we are working hard to bring a record number of swimmers to Indianapolis and build upon our 2023 achievements.
Every year, swimmers eligible for a national championship appearance have been unable to compete because of the large out-of-pocket expenses (flights, lodging, food, registration, transportation, etc.) they’d have to pay when traveling across the country. This year, our board has been working hard on fundraisers and planning to ensure we can give as many of our swimmers the chance to compete on the national stage as possible. In order to accomplish this, we need your support - the help of our alumni, families, and friends. Your gift towards our $10,000 goal will make our 10th Anniversary truly something to celebrate. Your generosity will alleviate the stress and financial burden associated with our competitions and will be instrumental in setting our team up for success as we represent UC San Diego for the second time at the 2024 CCS National Championship!
