UCSD Sailing Navigates to the National Invite!
UCSD Sailing has been invited to the College Sailing National Invitational in Newport, RI on April 30-May 1. This event is designed to give the top regional-level teams in the country a chance to finish the season with high level racing against each other. This is a big step for our program, and a recognition of our success as of late. Our women’s team has been absolutely crushing it and is right on the cusp of qualifying for the national championships as well, which will be in Florida. Because both of these regattas are on the eastern seaboard, we are seeking funding to cover travel and coaching costs for these national level events. We hope you are as stoked as we are about this wildly successful season, and we ask for your support as we finish the 2021-2022 season strong!
